I WAS A PONY! OMG!!!

Okay, so I decided it was time to try the bridle from the other end. Actually it was a little more complex than that. I was on a week long spiritual journey to reconnect with my totem, Horse, any surprise there, and refocus my life. The experience could not have been better.

First of all, I have no interest in submitting to any one, so I had some concerns as to what it would be like and to who I could trust. The perfect woman came along to the pony play day at Karlberg Slott in Stockholm, Sweden...another femme domme pony trainer who has a similar orientation to training horses as I do. The experience was positive for both of us as we connected on many levels, especially knowledge level and relationship based dressage.

Second, the other ponies there were into playing herd with me. So, I led the herd off on a romp that became a lesson in gaits. That was really fun.

Unfortunately the weather is getting awfully cold in Stockholm, a little too cold for ponies. Although the die hards are going to be out again next weekend. Perhaps the ice ponies with sleds will be out this winter... you never know.

You're right - we local ponies (and trainers) haven't quite given up yet. It's become too cold to bother with the sulky, but we still have meetings in the park to get some practice and will keep doing it until the snow comes. when that happens we'll go out with a sulky or two, take some nice Xmas photos and then probably give up the outdoors until spring and thaw.

So far no snow however and next pony training meeting is on Sunday yey=)

thank you for playing pony herd with us that day - it was loads of fun and we did need the gait training;)
