As many of the local members of the Florida pony and pet community know, PLK Stables announced awhile ago plans for holding a ponyplay weekend event which would be held here in Florida. 

We are very pleased to announce that the First Annual PLK Stables'  Ponyplay & Critters Weekend will be held the weekend of March 4 - 6, 2011.  Please go to PLK Stables  website for registration information and all the details about this event. Then stay tuned to the website as the schedule and other activities are announced.

This event must be registered for in advance, there will be no "at-the door" registrations!!

Deadline to register for this event is Saturday, February 19, 2011.

This camp (called a "camp" becuase it is an outdoor camping event) will include pony training (from beginner through advanced) with pony trainers who are well known in the U.S. & beyond within the ponyplay community.  We already have our trainers lined up for this event.  Planning on attending and participation in a pony event or competition later this year - like the IPPC ???  Well - - come out to learn, expand your knowledge & technique, and polish up your routines with experienced as well as award winning pony trainers, and ponies. Besides our presenters, there will be other experienced & award winning ponies, owners, trainers, and handlers in attendance as well.  We will also have presenters offering workshops on making partial or full fur suits.  Plans are in progress to have a presenter on puppy play as well.  This is an event for fursuiters as well as there are also workshops for furries!!! 

The camp will include a pony, pet, critters exhibition which will be held on Sunday. These exhibitions will be judged, but the only instructions that will be given to those participating in the exhibition will be to "Show us the best you've got! Be it a dressage or cart routine, or doing tricks!"  Everyone will go home with a ribbon!
